Two focused sessions at Rise Collective's pool in Capitola. Each clinic combines in-water technique work with a mental performance workshop — the same curriculum Tom used to compete at the Olympic level, brought to the Santa Cruz community.

Suit, cap, goggles, and fins. Bring a water bottle. Each session is 2 hours of in-water work followed by a 30-minute mental performance workshop. No club affiliation required.

In-Water Session
Technique, drills, breakouts, turns, and underwater work. Tom coaches each athlete through targeted progressions built around their stroke and competitive level.
3:30–4:00 PM
Mental Performance Workshop
30 minutes on the mental side of competitive swimming — pre-race routines, visualization, handling pressure, and performing when it counts.
